  • Once you are done with your warm-up exercises and stretching, take a pushup position on your exercise mat.
  • Beginning to Aztec pushups should be given by taking position as you take while doing standard/normal pushups.
  • Rise above as you do in standard pushup exercises, but this time, you need to rise a bit more.
  • Further, your next step will be to push yourself up into the air with force.
  • Meanwhile, you are in the air, bend yourself well and touch your feet toes with your hands. But make sure your legs are straight while doing this.
  • This process should be pretty quick because you have to come again on your standard pushup position. 

This pushup exercise is going to benefit your chest and triceps a lot.
